Sam Rod ribs.

Sam Rod ribs

Pork ribs marinated and fried until soft. Before being fried. Special seasoning sauce.

Ingredient

  • Pork ribs, cut 2-inch 500 grams.
  • Salt 1 / 2 tsp.
  • Pepper 1 / 2 tsp.
  • Sauce 2 tsp.
  • 2 tablespoons flour.
  • Pineapple juice 1 / 3 cup.
  • Brown sugar 2 tbsp.
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp.
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce.
  • Cornstarch 1 tbsp.
  • 2 tablespoons water.
  • Pineapple cut enough pieces of the 8-10.
  • Corn 5-6 sheath.
  • Red chili 2 tablespoons chopped fringe line.

Advice

  1. Marinate pork ribs with salt. And pepper sauce. Sprinkle flour over the mix.
